Sales Support Outline

 

 Client Development Director (Sales Rep) Support:
  •  42 weekly conference calls to share success stories, discuss issues, and improve sales abilities. These calls are held at 12:00 noon (Eastern Standard Time) each Friday for Payroll, and Monday for G/L. (Schedules and topics to be e-mailed quarterly).
  • One-on-one telephone coaching as needed with a guaranteed 24-hour return call request.
  • One-on-one monthly review of quotas, calls, and issues as needed.
  • Participation in stats program.
  • Monthly Award Certificates issued to top producers.
  • Participation in Quarterly sales award program 
  • *Participation in all retraining events.
Owner’s/Sales Manager Support:
  • Monthly sales performance analysis review with Payroll Marketing Systems.
  • One-on-one telephone coaching as needed with a guaranteed 24-hour return call request.
  • Quarterly marketing postcard samples for direct mailers (to be used at your discretion).
  • Receive National sales stats monthly.
  • Assistance in developing your Action Plan for your sales department, based on your goals.
  • * Participation in all retraining events.( A small fee and travel expense responsibility of client)
