A Brief Outline Of Our Full Implementation Program

Initial Strategy meeting(s) with client.
     Develop a custom projection and sales plan with quotas, expectations, etc.
     Review to establish all that is needed before setting up sales department...i.e. marketing materials,                                 conversion paperwork, etc.
Initial Implementation of Recruiting Plan
PMSI screens candidates
Live Interviews with potential reps conducted at clients office                                                           
     PMSI does sales testing with sales reps that qualify
     PMSI reviews results of candidate testing with client and makes recommendations on hiring
New Sales Rep Participates in scheduled On-Line training course
PMSI comes to clients office and conducts field training for 3-4 days
PMSI monitors sales rep through coaching and support agreement.
