Within the payroll industry, sales teams play a very important role in the dissemination of information regarding the services that companies buy.  Because of their close contact with customers, sales reps have a direct impact on revenues.  To be successful, sales reps in the payroll industry must be selected, trained and managed in a way that reflects the needs and expectations of clients, and to match the revenue goals of the company.  Therefore, there are two driving forces that this workshop must take into account – the recruiting of high-level sales talent, and the management of these individuals. This workshop focuses on the recruiting and management portions, addressing the issues of retention as well as help the recruiters to find and match the best individual for that particular territory. Because of the impact on the company’s bottom line, selecting and managing the right sales people is a critical area that requires a lot of attention.
