Within the payroll industry, sales teams play a very important role in the dissemination of information regarding the services that companies buy.  Because of their close contact with customers, sales reps have a direct impact on revenues.  To be successful, sales reps in the payroll industry must be trained and managed in a way that reflects the needs and expectations of clients, and to match the revenue goals of the company.  Therefore, there are two driving forces that this workshop must take into account – the initial expectations set forth for the sales team, and the management of these individuals. This workshop focuses on the both portions, addressing the issues of expectations, and management. Because of the impact on the company’s bottom line, managing the sales people is a critical area that requires a lot of attention.
